2018-19 Early College Dual Enrollment Application Process
Test Dates: Feb. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7
Retest Deadline: February 7, 2018
Application Completion Deadline (including Testing) is: February 9, 2019.
STEP 1 - Complete “Request to be Tested for Early College” Form at the link below. Deadline to Request Testing: January 30, 2018
STEP 2 - Complete the online “MTC Dual Enrollment Application.”
STEP 3 - Print, complete, sign, and return the following 3 forms (use INK, no “Whiteout,” “scratch-outs” or “mark-throughs”). These forms are included in the online MTC Dual Enrollment Application" at the link above.
1-2018-19 Lottery Tuition Assistance Waiver Form
2-Dual Enrollment Agreement Form
3-Dual Enrollment Verification of Lawful Presence Form along with
Copy of PICTURE ID (SC Driver’s License, SC State ID or AHS ID) AND Copy of Birth Certificate (long form)
STEP 4 - Take the SAT ACCUPLACER entrance exam (reading/math) and Writing Sample and receive eligible scores.
You MUST have your social security number to take these test (required by MTC). Exam Dates: Feb. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7

Reminder: Test Score Results will be emailed to the address you provided on the "Request to be Tested Form."
|STEP 5 - Students who meet all eligibility requirements will be notified and must participate in Early College Advisement meeting with Ms. Bledsoe before March 1st. Early College course preferences will be selected during this meeting.
