4-Year College Requirements
Most 4-Year Colleges have the following minimum requirements.
- At least one math credit above Algebra 2 (this can include Prob & Stats, Discrete Math, Pre-Calculus, etc.)
- At least 3 lab science credits
- At least two credits in the same foreign language
- At least one fine-arts credit (Art, Music, Theatre, etc)
*Students should research each college's specific requirements including GPA, Test Scores, etc.
Promotion Requirements:
Sophomore, 10th Grade
To be classified as a sophomore, students must have earned a minimum of:
- 1 English Credit
- 1 Math Credit
- Total of 6 Credits
Junior, 11th Grade
To be classified as a junior, students must have earned a minimum of:
- 2 English Credits
- 2 Math Credits
- 1 Science Credit
- Total of 12 Credits
Senior, 12th Grade
To be classified as a senior, students must have earned a minimum of:
- 3 English Credits
- 3 Math Credits
- 2 Science Credits
- Total of 18 Credits
*EARLY GRADUATION
- Applications must be received within the first 10 days of the school year in which you are intending to graduate
- The student MUST be College and Career (CCR) ready (Please see College and Career Readiness Tab) BEFORE an application should be submitted
- Approval is at the discretion of the Principal
