WEST COLUMBIA, SC -- With the safety and well-being of staff and students in mind, Lexington Two is offering a $500 one-time payment to eligible employees who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The incentive will be offered to all part- and full-time Lexington Two employees who provide proof by November 30, 2021, that they are 100 percent vaccinated against COVID-19.
"We want to do everything we can to keep our staff and students in school, face to face, on a consistent schedule and in a safe environment,” said Superintendent Dr. Nicolas Wade. “Having our employees fully vaccinated is one of the best paths forward as we work to minimize school closures, cancellations and disruptions for our students and families.”
The incentive will be paid for with federal COVID relief funds.
