Welcome to Airport High School!
New Enrollee Requirements

The following MUST be provided at the time of enrollment:

1.    Live in the AHS school zone

2.    Be accompanied by a parent or be accompanied by a legal guardian
       (must have court documentation for legal guardianship)

3.    Withdrawal Form from previous school

4.    Birth Certificate (Full Size with parents names listed)

5.    Immunization/Shot Records (30 day allowance)

6.    Most recent Report Card

7.    Two (2) proofs of residency, such as (1) home ownership (i.e. real         
       estate tax receipt or recent mortgage statement OR copy of the lease
       agreement) PLUS (1) recent utility bill that shows service to the
       address (i.e. power, cable, water).
