2016-2017 Schedule Pickup

 

  Seniors / 4th Year Students ONLY     August 4th 8:30 - 11:00

  Freshmen / 1st Year Students ONLY     August 4th 4:00 -   7:00

    

Please be reminded that ALL Rising 9th Graders MUST provide

Two Proofs of Residence before being issued a schedule.


Lexington School District Two requires ONE proof from EACH

of the following categories: Category A: Mortgage, Lease, or Current Residence (House) Tax Bill

AND Category B: Current Cable, Telephone, Electric, or Water Bill


To honor your time and ours we have set up fours days to collect proofs of residency prior to schedule pick up.  Please plan to come in from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM during one the following days that is most convenient to you:

Monday, July 18th-Wednesday, July 20th-Monday, July 25th or Wednesday, July 27th


Juniors / 3rd Year Students ONLY August 8th 8:30 - 11:00

Sophomores / 2nd Year Students ONLY August 8th 1:00 -   4:00


Students missing their assigned time may pick up their schedules on August 9th, or the week of August 15th in the main office.

Lexington School District Two charges a $50.00 student fee for all high school students (unless applying for and qualifying for Free or Reduced Lunch). This fee will be collected at schedule pickup along with any outstanding debt.   Cash or Checks Accepted


Freshman Orientation & Parent/Student Meeting

Thursday, August 11th - 9th grade: 6:00 PM AHS Auditorium

10-12th grade: 7:00 PM AHS Auditorium


Express Ticket

Avoid the long line! Rising 9th graders who have taken care of their Proof of Residence by July 27th OR upperclassmen who do not owe the school any money/items (does not include cafeteria) will receive an Express Ticket in the mail!

You must bring the Express Ticket to schedule pickup in order to use the Express Lane.  

Express tickets will be mailed to all families who have earned them on July 28th.
